In the year of 2016, from July to September, JR conducted preliminary investigation on the consumable markets concerning CF HP toner products in Xiamen City, Quanzhou City, Putian City and Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Assisting HP Company, JR coordinated with the AIC officials from 9 AIC offices in above 4 cities andconducted market sweep action against the consumable markets in above cities.

In this market sweep action, 5 PC Malls and their adjacent streets, their subordinate county-level cities in above 4 cities were raided. Besides, the AIC officials inspected 15 targets including 4 warehouses and 3 pretend-to-be HP Authorized Retailers. In total, 76 units of CF HP toner cartridges and 19 units of CF HP toner bubble bags were seized.
