Since September 2016, JR investigators had been conducting uninterrupted investigation and found Mr. Huang and Mrs. Liu syndicateobtaining illegal profits by manufacturing and distributing CF HP toner cartridges in Shanghai City. Aftermastering the activity mode of the target syndicate, on September 28^th, coordinating with HP Company and 12 officials from Shanghai PSB, JR conducted criminal raid action against the target syndicate and their 2 related locations.

In this criminal raid action, totally 1,260 units of CF HP toner cartridges, 1,541 pieces of CF HP toner packaging boxes, 300 pieces of CF HP ink packaging boxes, 300 pieces of CF HP ink aluminized bags, 4,120 pieces of CF HP toner bubble bags, 7,700 pieces of CF HP toner security labels, 2,150 pieces of CF HP toner instruction books, 23,500 pieces of CF HP toner model labelsand some processing tools were seized.
