Since October 2016, JR investigators had been conducting investigation and found the target Mr. Liu and Mr. Jiang syndicate forming a manufacturing-to-distributing industrial chain in Longhui County, Shaoyang City. Also, the target syndicate was found delivering out the CF HP toner packaging at home and aboard, which resulting in the damage of the rights and interests of HP Company and the customers. Thus, from November 5^th to November 6^th, with the assistance of JR, HP Company and 16 law-enforcement officials from Longhui PSB conducted criminal raid action against the 3 located relations where the target syndicate processed and manufactured the CF HP toner packaging materials.

In this criminal raid action, totally 273,900 units of CF HP toner packaging boxes and 5 pieces of cutting templates were seized.

With the great push and assistance of JR representatives, Longhui PSB officials successfully conducted criminal detention to three main responsible persons of the target syndicate; they were respectively Mr. Liu, Mr. Jiang and Mr. Hu.
