Starting from July, 2016, through in-depth investigation on the target Mr. Wen and Mrs. Li syndicate, JR investigators found them engaging in the business of manufacturing and selling CF HP toner products in 4 different locations in Guangzhou City and mastered the preliminary evidence of their crimes. Assisting HP Company, JR coordinated with Guangzhou PSB and conducted criminal raid action against the target Mr. Wen and Mrs. Li syndicate and their 4 related locations.

In this criminal raid action, totally 220 units of CF HP toner cartridges, 1,169 pieces of CF HP toner cartridge packaging boxes, 2,264 pieces of CF HP ink cartridge security labels, 3,330 pieces of CF HP toner cartridge bubble bags, 1,630 pieces of CF HP toner cartridge model labels, 620 pieces of CF HP toner cartridge instruction books and some processing tools were seized.

In the following trail, with the assistance and push of JR representatives, after supplementary investigation and evidence consolidation, PSB officials finally conducted criminal detention to the target Mr. Wen. Till now, this criminal raid action against the target Mr. Wen and Mrs. Li syndicate who manufacturesand sells CF HP toner products is successfully completed.
