In the year of 2016, from September 22^nd to October 25^th, JR conducted preliminary investigation on the consumable markets concerning CF HP toner products in Shenyang City and Dalian City, Liaoning Province. Assisting HP Company, JR coordinated with the AIC officials from 4 AIC offices in above 2 cities and conducted market sweep action against the consumable markets in above cities.

In this market sweep action, 6 PC Mallsin above 2 cities were raided. Besides, the AIC officials inspected 10 targets including 1 warehouse and 4pretend-to-be HP Authorized Retailers. In total, 38 units of CF HP toner cartridges and 66 units of recycled HP toner packaging boxes were seized.
