Criminal Raid Action against the Target Mr. Zhao syndicate and the Target Mr. Zhang SyndicateManufacturing and Distributing CF HP Toner Cartridges in Shenyang City
In the year of 2016, from October 30th to
October 31st, with the assistance of JR, HP Company andShenyang PSB
conducted criminal raid action against the target Mr. Zhao syndicate and the
target Mr. Zhang syndicatewho processing and distributing CF HP toner
cartridges plus their 8 related locations.
In this criminal raid action, totally 515 units of
finished CF HP toner cartridges, 208 units of semi-finished CF HP toner
cartridges, 20 units of semi-finished CF HP ink cartridges, 426 pieces of CF HP
toner packaging boxes, 688 pieces of CF HP toner security labels, 360 pieces of
CF HP toner bubble bags and some processing tools were seized.
With the great push and assistance of JR representatives, throughsupplementary investigation and evidence consolidation,PSB officials successfully conducted criminal detention to the two main responsible persons of the target syndicate; they were respectively Mr. Zhao and Mr. Zhang.
